Reich war ein Revolutionär. Er unterschied sich aber grundlegend von anderen Revolutionären wie Lenin, Hitler oder Castro. Diese stellten sich an die Spitze von „Bewegungen“, die nur durch absurde Zufälle und blanken Terror Einfluß über die Massen gewinnen konnten. Das alles war nichts organisch Gewachsenes und als ihre Macht (bzw. die ihrer Nachfolger) zusammenbrach, blieben die Gräber Millionen unschuldiger Opfer zurück, die für nichts und wieder nichts elendig verreckt waren. Währenddessen schritt unbeirrt der wahre Geschichtsprozeß voran, der nichts anderes ist als die Entfaltung der vegetativen Energie. Dieser Bereich war die Domäne Reichs:

Why do you include Castro in that category? He did not leave any millions of victims as Lenin and Hitler did. He did a great deal of good for Cuba, boosting literacy from 20% to 97%, giving Cuba the best health care in Latin America, and sending medical aid to many poor countries in Africa and Latin America. He also nationalized land that had been held by oligarchs for centuries.
Cuba has benefited greatly from Castro’s career and is the only country on earth to have government funding for a sex counseling clinic for adolescents based on the teachings of Wilhelm Reich.

He murdered more Cubans in his first three years in power than Hitler murdered Germans during his first six. Those executions were not murder. They were executions of captured enemies who had been police under the Batista regime and were guilty of crimes against the Cuban people. The death penalty was well justified in most of those cases.
That danger of nuclear war was because the American regime considered it unacceptable for the Soviet Union to do the exact same thing the Americans were doing, placing missiles within close range of it’s borders. The U.S. was the one who made it a danger. All Cuba was doing was what Germany and other countries in Western Europe were doing, allowing an ally to use their teritory as a base from which to retaliate if attacked.
