Dr. Bosworth works part time in a residential treatment facility for emotionally disturbed and intellectually impaired adolescents. A 14-year-old boy named Stevie acted violently in his class one day, and was subsequently restrained by security staff on the floor in a separate room. Though he was not her patient, Dr. Bosworth was called in to intervene as she was on-duty at the time. The youth was extremely agitated.
