Es nehmen nicht alle Homosexuelle Drogen oder haben ständig wechselnde Partner, dennoch gibt es auch einen auffällig hohen Drogenkonsum in dieser Szene, wie es in der Party-Szene auch allgemein üblich ist. Die Frage nach dem Warum ist mir auch nicht klar.

Gestern habe ich mir mal wieder an den Kopf gefasst.
In Frankreich wurde jemand wegen „Ermutigung zur Selbstverteidigung“ oder „Vorbereitung zur Selbstverteidigung“ oder ähnliches strafrechtlich verurteilt.
Geht’s noch?
Bei uns in Deutschland wird bekanntermaßen öfters das Recht gebeugt und – wenn sich jemand gegen einen migrantischen Gewalttäter verteidigt – eine Notwehrüberschreitung konstruiert – aber es steht, trotz des an sich gültigen Gewaltmonopol des Staates, die Ermutigung und Vorbereitung zur Selbstverteidigung grundsätzlich nicht unter Strafe.
