Dear Friends and Followers of the work of the late Dr. James DeMeo,
Dr. Barre Paul Lando hosted an engaging, informative and thought-provoking livestream discussion with me this past Thursday (March 27, ’26).
Dr. Lando hosts a popular top-ranked podcast called Alfa Vedic. He’s a bit of a Renaissance man in medicine; he’s a physician holding multiple degrees in emergency medicine, naturopathy, chiropractic and homeopathy. He is an herbalist with an off-grid farm and co-op, and he uses structured-water-driven practices to produce his natural compounds, all „guided by bioterrain and alchemical laboratory principles“. Combine this with a background in martial arts and athletics, and you can understand his mission „to merge authentic science with the spirit of nature to restore true vitality“.
Dr. Lando is also familiar with Dr. Reich’s and Dr. DeMeo’s work. Being his group seemed well-primed for the discussion, I enthusiastically agreed to the interview. I want to thank Dr. Lando again for giving me the opportunity to introduce both myself and the work of OBRL to his well-educated audience, and the time and space to develop my perspective on a wide range of emotionally and intellectually challenging topics.
The entire interview is about an hour and twenty minutes.
