„Wie ist das möglich? Erstens, weil es das Orgon tatsächlich gibt (egal wie ‚reaktionär’ und schlichtweg irrig auch Reichs Vorstellungen über manche physikalische Begriffe waren) und zweitens, weil man Reich ‚übersetzen’ kann. Zum Beispiel muß man einfach mal ganz im Sinne von Ernst Mach vergessen, daß die Materie sich aus Molekülen und Atomen zusammensetzt und nur davon ausgehen, was man wirklich sieht.“ JA! Der Hinweis auf Mach weist in die richtige Richtung. Wenn man dann eigene und anderer Leute ERFAHRUNGEN mit ORACS u. a., und das sind dann auch Erfahrungen von hier kürzlich für so unwichtig gehaltenen Korrelationen, ernst nimmt, kann man damit argumentieren, ohne sich auf gegenwärtige Teilchenphysik gleich einlassen zu müssen. Was ‚korreliert’ denn da alles? Luftfeuchtigkeit mit Entladungsgeschwindigkeit im ORAC, Pflanzenwachstum im ORAC mit beidem, physilog. Parameter wie Körperkerntemperatur mit Entladungsgeschwindigkeit im ORAC, diese wiederum mit Intensität, Dauer u. a. bestimmter Wahrnehmungen im ORAC, regelmäßige ORAC-Nutzung wiederum mit bestimmten Dispsoitionen des Pb, … Die Idee, dass eine ‚Energie’ zum Beispiel sowohl Lust als auch Angst ‚speist’, diese also ‚funktionell identisch’ sind u. ä, beinhalten schon wieder eine Menge Deuterei, für die sicher einiges spricht; aber was dafür spricht, das sollte erst dargelegt werden. In der Nachfolge von Empiristen wie Mach haben Empiristen des Wiener Kreises NATÜRLICH das Beobachten für grundlegend gehalten. Und in der Tat sind Sätze Reichs in dem Maße ÜBERSETZBAR, in dem sie von Beobachtungen, und offenbar von nachvollziehbaren Beobachtungen, ausgehen. Daher sprach ich öfter von anzupeilenden REFORMULIERUNGEN.

In diesem Zusammenhang wäre interessant, im einzelnen nachzugehen. wie Lenins Kritik an den „Machisten“ in Materialismus und Empiriokritizismus auf Reich gewirkt hat.
Am 4. Juni 1937 erschien in Norwegen in Nordahl Griegs kommunistischer Zeitschrift Veien Frem der Aufsatz „Medisinmenn“ von Ivar Digernes (S. 17ff). Eine Attacke gegen die „Psychologie“ (gemeint war die Sexpol), die er in den von Lenin bekämpften „Machismus“ einordnet. Für die Stalinisten war Reich politisch ein Stalinist und philosophisch ein Machist: ein „Psychofaschist“!

Die Physik hat seit je her (soweit wir diese als solche kennen) mit ihren Physikern so verfahren, sich die mechanistischen Theorien nutzbar zu machen und andere (energetische) Theorien beiseite zu lassen und als abstrus erscheinen zu lassen.
Ohne ein genaues historisches Studium alter physikalischer Schriften, deren Wissen keine Erwähnung mehr gefunden hat, wird der Irrweg in die „mechanistische Physik“ fortgesetzt werden.
Reich hat unabhängig von vergangenem Wissen seine orgonphysikalischen Funde vorgebracht, was zu Verwirrung führen musste. Er konnte sie mit der mechanistischen Physik nicht begründen und hinreichend erklären. Beide Ansätze verlaufen parallel, nebeneinander her.
Reich durch die mechanistische Physik erklären zu wollen, ist Unsinn in meinen Augen. Die derzeitige Physik müsste wieder auf die (orgon-) energetische Basis zurückgeführt werden.
Doch ein solches Unternehmen würde nur mit Füßen getreten werden. Wozu sollte man sich eine solche Erniedrigung antun wollen?

Dear Friends and Followers of the work of the late Dr. James DeMeo,
My video presentation on Armoring and Saharasia has been posted to youtube. This is the talk from last Dec 3rd, the second and final installment of my Tools to Rethink the Universe series for the FESIG group.
For those well-versed in Dr. DeMeo’s discovery of Saharasia, this presentation will not cover anything you don’t already know. But for those unfamiliar with this amazing discovery, now is your chance! The book the talk is based upon, Saharasia: The 4000BCE Origins of Child Abuse, Sex-Repression, Warfare and Social Violence in the Deserts of the Old World is a life-changing, natural scientifically driven roadmap to reorganizing our society for greater emotional health and happiness.
This Part II presentation is 36 minutes long and has three sections. The first section is a brief recap of the main points I raised in Part I, which was focused on orgone energy and Reich’s functional method of research.
The second section of Part II is on armoring – Reich’s sex-economic discovery of how our natural capacity to temporarily store emotional and psychosexual energy can be used defensively to make the holding permanent, with profoundly destructive social, emotional and biological consequences.
Sex-economy, which I touch on briefly, is a comprehensive theory of human behavior that integrates psychology, sociology and biology. It is a scientifically testable theory that predicts the conditions for healthy, self-regulated functioning on the one hand and armored, morally-regulated functioning on the other.
In the last section, I give a very brief overview of the discovery of Saharasia, Dr. DeMeo’s natural scientific confirmation of Reich’s sex-economy.
With Saharasia, Dr. DeMeo merges sex-economic insights with cross-cultural, archeological, historical and climatological data, whereupon a global, geographical basis to human behavior emerges to peg the origins of chronic armoring to a major, pre-historical climate-shift from wet grassland-forests to harsh desert, 6-7000 years ago,
With the discovery of Saharasia, it becomes obvious how important an understanding of armoring is. Another reason OBRL highlights it is that while Karl Marx famously asserted, “The history of all hitherto existing society is the history of class struggles”, Wilhelm Reich discovered – and James DeMeo confirmed – that the history of all hitherto existing society is, in fact, the history of armored struggles, not class struggles.
Class is a function of sociological processes, one among many that impacts and is impacted by the deeper reality of armoring („class stratification“ is 1 of 15 data variables that Dr. DeMeo used in his Saharasia database). Armoring is a function of biological processes, operating at a much deeper and far more encompassing level of nature than class does.
Another reason for this distinction is that it is the impact of armoring – and not the impact of class – that has given birth over the centuries to the skewed models of reality that our psychological, cultural, religious, philosophical, medical, scientific and sociological disciplines use to try and deal with what amounts to the destructive consequences of armoring. But because of armoring, the one thing all of these many concepts and models share is that they steer research and problem-solving into mechanistically and mystically biased dead ends. And so nothing ever really gets fixed.
In the future I will be doing many more-detailed talks and extended presentations on Saharasia because it is one of the most important tools for navigating the wrench in our common humanity.
As a point of interest I should also note, the discovery of Saharasia was the major aspect of Dr. DeMeo’s work that drew me to actively pursue a relationship with him in the first place. It is a discovery that makes human history make sense. The question of emotional health was always the missing piece in understanding world history, as without a natural scientific definition of health, who’s to say whether any given cultural institution is actually healthy or sick?
One needs to factor in the role of armoring to even honestly and productively debate these issues. This is one of the major reasons armoring – and its relationship to orgone energy – is a central focus for OBRL in our work, research and future publications.

Der leere Raum könnte eine Eigenschaft besitzen, die der Viskosität einer Flüssigkeit ähnelt. Zur Veranschaulichung: Es ist, als würde man von der Analyse einer Substanz, in der alles widerstandslos fließt, wie zum Beispiel Wasser, zu einer widerständigeren Substanz wie Honig übergehen.
