Anna was in her early 20s when she sought treatment with Dr. Chasapi. She had just completed her college degree and also had just begun a love relationship. Two years later, Anna unexpectedly became pregnant. She was happy and planning to move into her boyfriend’s home to start their new family together. In Anna’s fifth month of pregnancy, she phoned Dr. Chasapi complaining of a severe rise in her anxiety.
Dr. Chasapi’s therapy focused on helping Anna understand and cope with the feelings and emotions she now experienced.
